This is the best chair I have ever owned. Easy to assemble and very comfortable for my 10hr shifts.

Leather quality is top-notch. The Napa leather feels amazing – supple. Stitching looks clean. Easy to wipe clean too.
Great support, slight tilt preference. Lumbar curve is spot on, leather feels luxurious, base is super stable. Tilt is smooth, but I personally find the transition between the 3 lock positions could be slightly softer/more incremental. A very minor nitpick on an otherwise fantastic chair.
